The Storm IQ 78 Urethane bowling ball will read the lane sooner and offer more track flare (hook potential) than the Storm Pitch Black bowling ball. If you are looking for a stronger urethane motion, we would suggest the IQ78. If your main concern is less hook and very dry lanes, we would suggest the Pitch Black ball.
