Can the JoPo thumb drill bit be swapped with the Turbo bit?

Can you use the turbo bit to drill the whole for the outter part of the intercahngeables?

The JoPo bit and Turbo drill bit are technically not interchangeable, however, if you were to adjust the drill bit stopper each time you used the bit, it could be accomplished. The bits are the same size BUT have different depth stopper settings.
